My site has been removed for a violation of the terms of service. Can you please explain what the violation was so that I may correct it and have my site restored?

The account you are referring to was found to be in violation of the Lycos Network Terms and Conditions. As a result, it was removed from our servers and will not be reinstated. We expect our users to abide by the Terms and Conditions they agreed to when they registered for their account. Our Terms and Conditions can be found at the following URL:

Out of fairness to the overall community, we do not reinstate accounts once they have found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions. Because of the vast number of accounts on the Lycos Network we do not provide our members with warnings about their content violations.

I have read the Terms of Service and I do not believe my site was in violation of any of the terms. I belive it was unfairly removed. What is my next course of action in resolving this issue? I do not intend to accept this situation without further explination on the part of Lycos Services.

I have still not received any word back about the status of my website, an explination for it's removal, or any direction for my further action. This is extremely frustrating, as I have been a member of the Lycos network for a very long time and for several years I had a paid Tripod Plus account. I expect much more from the company than an impersonal standard issue response. Please get back to me on this matter.

It has now been several days without any response about my concerns, despite the claim to reply to all questions within 24-72 hours. It's been over a week since I first contacted Lycos about this issue and I am still nowhere near satisfied with the limited response I have recieved.
Still waiting for further information and resolution around this issue.
